In doing business, or in other word do thing for a living, we must make an effort. Without a doubt, the success in catering business was achieved through my own efforts. I always meet peoples, talking to friend and strangers and doing some PR activities in promoting my catering to the masses. To be honest, my first client comes from my ex-colleague at MIMOS and JARING.

Nevertheless, after all efforts were carried out, the last determinant is the God. I believe this.

God says: And among His Signs is the sleep that ye take by night and by day, and the quest that ye (make for livelihood) out of His Bounty: verily in that are Signs for those who hearken. (Quran: Chapter 30, verse 23)

God says: We have honoured the sons of Adam; provided them with transport on land and sea; given them for sustenance things good and pure; and conferred on them special favours, above a great part of Our Creation. (Quran: Chapter 17, verse 70)

With the correct atmosphere, professional event caterers experience can bring clients satisfaction of all the senses in a way that makes an event special and memorable. Of course, beautifully prepared food can appeal to your sense of taste, smell and sight - perhaps even touch, but the decorations and ambiance should play a significant part in the clients enjoyment as well.

Cooking is an art

Preparing all kinds of spices in cooking is an art. To knead wheat flour and other substances to make a good and delicious curry puff is also an art. Above all, cooking is a pure art that not all peoples can master it, even through learning. Cooking with soul, giving a great attention to customer’s needs and to ensure cleanness always is a priority, is recipe to the caterer’s success.

No matter what, customer is always right, especially in this line of business. We’re not cooking what we want to cook, but what the customers want to eat. Nevertheless, as a caterer, we always suggest our customers what is best for their function or event. Not all foods suitable for all functions, remember that. Similarly, we cannot fulfill everybody’s taste; it’s impossible. But, we would try our best ever to make a majority happy, that’s our promise.
