Catering for Program Apresiasi Novelis

Last week, from July 23 until 28, 2007, I and crew very busy with catering orders. One of the most memorable weeks for me because my team involves with 17 deliveries, including two deliveries to Rumah PENA, Kuala Lumpur. The last two deliveries are for Program Apresiasi Novelis, Baca Naskhah Ramlee Awang Murshid.

For the above program, Lusiana Catering prepares for breakfast and lunch. Menu for lunch as follows:

1) Beryiani rice:
- ayam masak merah
- meat rendang
- vegetables dalca
- acar jelatah

2) Fruit cutlet: Honey dew
3) Beverage: Cordial sarsi
