On 15 May 2008, we sent an e-mail to one of the clients who ask quotation for her birthday party. Within more than 24 hours, she has confirmed the order. The list of menu as follows:
(1) Singapore fried noodle
(2) Chinese fried rice
(3) Chicken rendang
(4) Prawn curry with pineapple
(5) Kuih bakar kemboja
(6) Potato curry puff
(7) Bubur kacang
(8) Fruit cutlets: Honey dew and orange
(9) Beverages: Teh tarik and syrup lemon
At the beginning, she orders for 30 pax only. But within 12 hours, she called again to re-confirmed to cater for 50 guests instead, at her condominium’s hall, Bukit Antarabangsa, Ampang (Ulu Kelang), Selangor. “All foods sedap,” she commented. Thanks Sherin.
