To be honest, we never have eating experience of laksa sarawak, let alone preparing it. Nevertheless, we manage to prepare a good laksa sarawak when receive order from customer. How’s my chef manage to do it? I looking for recipe in the internet and after that we went to KLCC to taste it.
Similarly, my chef learns cooking western foods. The latest order for Christmas party, customer asks for western foods namely spaghetti, garlic bread, mushroom soup, mash potato & salad as among the dishes. They also order local dishes; kampung fried rice, fried mee, fish curry, chicken rendang & mix vegetables.
