Permintaan katering Tahun Baru Cina 2011 mulai masuk
Dia mengangguk sambil tersenyum, selajur berkata.
According to Chinese tradition, the Rabbit brings a year in which you can catch your breath and calm your nerves. It is a time for negotiation. Don't try to force issues, because if you do you will ultimately fail. To gain the greatest benefits from this time, focus on home, family, security, diplomacy, and your relationships with women and children. Make it a goal to create a safe, peaceful lifestyle, so you will be able to calmly deal with any problem that may arise. (Source: Here)

All red Chinese affairs: Full Moon Ceremony
Pada keesokan harinya (4 Mei 2008), tuan rumah menelefon saya, “Brother, thank you for a very good service.”
Menu yang dihidangkan seperti berikut:
- Nasi lemak dan mee siam
- Nasi goreng singapura
- Pulut kuning campur halia
Buat Lusiana Catering, moga bisnes bertambah maju, jangan segan-segan pesan ya! Thanks...
Catering Services for Chinese New Year 2010
Chinese New Year or Spring Festival is the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. It is sometimes called the Lunar New Year by English speakers. The festival traditionally begins on the first day of the first month (Chinese: æ£æœˆ; pinyin: zhÄ“ng yuè) in the Chinese calendar and ends on the 15th; this day is called Lantern Festival. Chinese New Year's Eve is known as ChúxÄ«. It literally means "Year-pass Eve".Chinese New Year is the longest and most important festivity in the Lunar Calendar. The origin of Chinese New Year is itself centuries old and gains significance because of several myths and traditions. Ancient Chinese New Year is a reflection on how the people behaved and what they believed in the most.
2010 is the Year of the Tiger, which is also known by its formal name of Geng Yin. So Malaysians, happy Chinese New Year. Gong Xi Fa Chai, Kong Hei Fatt Choy!

Chinese favourites: Bubur cha-cha and laksa Johor
On Friday, May 25, 2007 I had a catering at Halliburton Energy Services (M) Sdn Bhd, located at Menara Tan & Tan, Kuala Lumpur . They order hi-tea pack, in which including bubur cha-cha (cha-cha porridge) as a dessert, a popular Nyonya dish. A dessert of cooked sweet potato, yams, sago, black-eyed beans, banana, coconut milk and rock sugar made fragrant with pandan (screwpine leaves), what a colourfull dish!
Who’s Nyonya? Nyonya are the de
scendents of Chinese-Malay marriages, the male being known as Baba and the female as Nyonya, pronounced nyoh-nyah and sometimes spelt Nonya. Although the first communities first proliferated in Malacca, many Babas and Nyonyas settled in Penang and Singapore - and therefore - were also called Straits Chinese.
This unique marriage of cultures also resulted in a novel marriage of cuisines, both Chinese and Malay, and is what is now known inMalaysia as Nyonya food.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
One of my customer’s favourites, especially Chinese, is laksa Johor (thick rice noodle). Thick rice noodles are served in a tangy fish soup/gravy. Not at all fishy, the soupy gravy is made with mackerel and lots of aromatic herbs. Fresh garnishing of shredded cucumber, lettuce, pineapple, onion and fragrant mint leaves finishes the dish.
In general the term laksa refers to Malay style laksa, sometimes called Malay laksa. There are slight variations in different parts of the country, namely laksa Johor, laksa Kelantan, laksa Penang, laksa Perlis, and laksaSarawak . The key ingredient is tamarind, used as a souring agent, giving it a tart tangy taste.
To be honest, one of our specialties is making a good laksa (God willing). Want to try/order, ring us!
We also can prepare a variety of Malay kuihs such as ketayap, curry puff, keria, cara, buah melaka, puteri mandi, sardine roll, bakar kemboja, talam, seri muka, lapis, doughnut, agar-agar, pudding, tepung pelita, pulut manis, roti jala, pulut panggang, cucur udang, goreng pisang, kole kacang, bingka labu and sagu gula melaka.

Chinese food Muslim style
We can prepare Chinese Muslim or Chinese halal food as well. We already had fulfilled a few orders from Chinese clients and friends. The pictures here were captured at the latest Chinese function. Take a look, and read a story below. Cheers!I was initially interested in Chinese Muslim food as a curiosity. I knew there was a sizeable population of Muslims in
If China Islamic Restaurant in
The menu here doesn't look a whole lot different than most Chinese restaurants. There are all the usual Chinese staples: wontons, egg rolls and dumplings.
But if you order moo shu, it's going to have shrimp or beef or anything but pork. Pork is off-limits, and the meat is halal. You won't find alcohol on the menu either, but that's true at a lot of Chinese restaurants anyway.
There was beef and chicken and a healthy selection of tofu dishes (vegetarian friends won't be left wanting) and quite a few fish and shrimp dishes, but I came here for the lamb.
I was glad to see lamb celebrated in its own section of the menu: lamb in chili sauce, Beijing-style lamb, moo-shu lamb, curry lamb and, my ultimate choice, lamb in sa cha sauce.
I would never have guessed how well the thick, brown, slightly sweet, slightly spicy sauce - a kind of barbeque sauce, really - would work with lamb. Lamb is finicky - it has that distinctive, almost gamey taste that doesn't necessarily work with whatever sauce you throw on it - it doesn't taste just like chicken. Most of the lamb I've eaten has been mostly unadorned with the exception of some pepper, onions and garlic. It tastes good roasted in its own fatty juices or as part of a bland stew.
But with sa cha sauce? I hadn't ever thought of smothering lamb with any kind of barbeque sauce. Sa cha sauce also doesn't play well with others, and it tends to take over the dish. Somehow the two on a bed of tender, wilted bok choy come together in a kind of meeting of the minds. The flavors remain distinct but they play off of each other nicely.
